CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

How do I cancel an order?

  • If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • If the cancellation is after your product has shipped and you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
  • Once the order has been processed, No cancellation applies, unless it’s an error from our side.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7-10 working days from the day we receive the product back.
  • Please note there will be a 5% restocking fee applied to all returns.
  • Custom and made to order items are non refundable.

Return Policy:

  • If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may send your unused items back to us, in the same manner, they were received within 7 days. We do not accept any returns after this time period.
  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
  • Also, please email us at [email protected] mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
  • If it is found that the returned items are not in good condition, then we reserve the right to refund/replacement.
  • Please keep the product packed in original packing and ready for return pick up.
  • Custom and made to order items are not returnable.
